* You communicate with influencers, clients, and service providers.
* You discover new brands and influencers, plan events, and bring them to life.
* You create reports and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights.
* You support the onboarding of new team members and have the opportunity to take on operational leadership responsibilities.

* You have already gained 2+ years of agency experience in influencer marketing, PR, or project management, and you enjoy working independently.
* You’re comfortable working with numbers, confident using Excel, and you love staying organized.
