We are seeking SaaS sellers who are hungry and capable of scaling CAST's business rapidly with our SaaS offerings, selling to CXOs to support decision-making, provide objectivity, and deliver better management insights. Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site sales role based in Milan, preferably. The role offers significant CXO visibility within CAST. Compensation includes an attractive package with a base salary, variable components, bonuses, uncapped accelerators, and possibly equity. Responsibilities : Selling directly to customers and/or through existing partners (management consulting firms such as BCG and Big 4) around transaction services, digital transformation, and ESG offerings. Engaging with specialized GSI networks and global hyperscalers to address strategic initiatives at the CXO/Board level, such as application modernization and cloud migration. Providing management insights about custom software systems to CXOs, VPs of Enterprise Architecture, and VPs of Application Development. Hunting for new streams of recurring revenue (ARR) through CAST SaaS subscriptions from new clients and expanding existing accounts. Qualifications : Type A personality with proactive "making things happen" skills. 10 years of experience in selling Software/SaaS/Technology solutions in a B2B consultative context. Experience partnering with or selling alongside Tier 1 management consulting firms, Big4, specialized advisories, GSI's, and global hyperscalers. Understanding of cloud migration, modernization, transformation, and application modernization. Well-established network and understanding of the local market. Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
