To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are now looking for a System Administrator withf focus on printing processes both on Cloud and on-premise to join our team, reporting and interacting directly to the Modern Workplace Manager. Together with the team, you are responsible for set-up and support activities regarding printing. You also provide third line end user support to guarantee the business continuity of the different entities of the full MSC-Group He/she will have the possibility to constantly improve him-/herself and continuously learn on technical or process topics. He/she will be supported by several communities of practice that will provide help when needed.
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and support printing in an Azure cloud environment
Support Printix cloud printing solution and deploy Printix GO for MFP's
Setup & support multiple brands of printers/multifunctional
Setup & support scanning (via email or FTP)
Configure & deploy printer drivers
Design and support custom application printing for critical business service
Follow up on operational issues with 3rd party providers
Propose improvements to the existing setup & procedures
Share knowledge and best practices in the team and other supporting teams
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical: Required
Hands-on experience with printers & MFPs (preferably multiple brands)
Windows server & Windows Client
Microsoft Active Directory
Technical: Preferred
Experience with secure print solutions, e.g. PaperCut, Equitrac, MyQ, Safecom, HP Anywhere…
Experience with cloud printing solutions, e.g. Printix, PrinterLogic, PaperCut Hive
Microsoft Azure
Citrix
Ticket Management
The Successful candidate:
Is dynamic, mature & team-spirited
Has 2 years of experience in a comparable position
Has a positive attitude & is willing to learn
Has excellent relational and communications skills
Embraces the strategy defined by the management and makes it his own
Has experience with asset management following ITIL standard
