is a fast-growing European bakery producer with a strong presence in Central Europe.
We are now preparing a structured entry into the Italian retail market and are looking for a senior Sales Agent with proven experience in bakery products and established relationships with Italian retail buyers (GDO) .Key Responsibilities Develop and execute our commercial strategy for Italy, with a strong focus on retail chains (GDO) .Actively use your existing network of buyer contacts to introduce our bakery portfolio.Present and position our frozen bakery / bake-off products to key decision-makers.Negotiate listings, commercial terms, and long-term agreements.Coordinate product launches, trials, and presentations with retailers.Provide regular market feedback, sales reports, and competitive insights.Profile We Are Looking For Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the bakery / frozen bakery / bake-off sector.Direct and current relationships with buyers of major Italian retail chains.Strong understanding of Italian GDO dynamics, listing processes, and pricing structures.Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly results-oriented approach.Available for freelance / commission-based cooperation .What We Offer Exclusive opportunity to represent a reliable and expanding European bakery manufacturer .Competitive commission scheme with clear volume-driven growth potential .Full technical, production, and export support from our Czech headquarters.High autonomy and long-term partnership perspective. xkiyazw Possibility to grow the role into a broader regional responsibility.
