PpBrand Manager Candy Hoover MDA - TEMPORARY /p h3The challenge /h3 pAn exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high‑performing environment. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pIn order to support the fast development of Haier Europe Business Line, the Brand Manager will take a major role in the brand strategy deployment across all European markets. /p pHe/She will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion and implementing brand plans. The brand management includes direct‑to‑consumer capability through a test and learn model and a profound knowledge of all consumer touchpoints. /p pThe position requires full knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape (digital marketing, ecommerce, DTC) brand building, insights analytics. /p h3Detailed activities and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine key brand values and overall brand positioning, in line with consumer targets. /li liOversee the 360° consumer purchase experience, from digital to in‑store, including promotional activities and post‑sales activities – NPS. /li liDevelop a consistent and coherent approach in all customer touchpoints. /li liDevelop annual activation roadmap and marketing introduction process and plans. /li liActivate new product value propositions and collaborate daily with Product Line to define product naming architecture, messages, user experience and wider consumer engagement plans, and share an integrated approach with Product Line to support pipeline definition. /li liResponsible for the execution of the go‑to‑market activation strategy and execution together with the country trade organization and Go‑to‑Market department. /li liDevelop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase. /li liManage and challenge the performance media agency. /li liAccountable for brand assets, investment ROI and business plan follow‑up with local teams. /li liLead the development of creative concepts and develop brand communication campaigns. /li liStay current on market trends and competitive activity. /li liEstablish and maintain brand budget. /li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liDemonstrable ability to achieve results in a dynamic and international environment and to deliver on strategic, tactical and operational levels. /li liProven experience in creating and driving a successful 360° marcom activation plan. /li /ul pEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital or related field. /p pProfessional experience: Proven experience as Brand Manager. /p h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills. /li liPro‑active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution. /li liSkilled in cross functional environment. /li /ul pLanguage: Italian Fluent in English. /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
