Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to enhance visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
* Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
* Represent the company externally at industry events and conferences.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Proven success in strategic relationship management within life sciences.
* Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting and contract management.
* Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
* Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
* Strong team collaboration skills.
