Job OverviewAs a Barman/Barmaid, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar and customer service, beverage preparation, and act as a restaurant/bar ambassador to guarantee quality service and exceed customer expectations.What will you do?
Carry out the set up of the cocktail bar, bar and restaurant.Manage production, orders, control of stocks of liquors and drinks in general, distillates & bar supplies.Supervise the order and cleanliness of the point of sale (restaurant, buffet, lounge, cafeteria or bar) to which you are assigned.Welcome customers in the restaurant/cocktail bar and invite them to be seated.Provide advice on product availability, take orders and adapt to customer requests.Set up/dismantle and clean tables in restaurants and in hotel rooms used for events, congresses, and all kinds of events, following directives of the person in charge.Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or bar service: set up, clean and dismantle tables.Know the menus and different products available at the hotel's restaurant.Ensure the F&B; department quality standards, referencing the Collection brand, are met or exceeded.
