Global Sr Product Manager Aesthetic Care 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Global Sr Product Manager Aesthetic Care A leading Italian pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence is expanding into the aesthetic market, bringing a unique portfolio involving proprietary hyaluronic acid-based products and autologous biological treatments. The purpose of this role is to lead the Aesthetic Care segment’s portfolio management, develop strategy, improve go-to-market models, support commercialization, and ensure pipeline continuity, thereby building the franchise’s regional and global presence. Responsibilities : Drive development and execution of the global strategy for the Aesthetic Care category Lead global portfolio commercialization and planning Define business plans and launch readiness strategies, aligning cross-functional teams Prepare annual operating plans, marketing communication materials, and platforms with external agencies Oversee claims development for products in collaboration with product managers and medical affairs Lead the design and implementation of customer training programs with medical affairs teams and consultant doctors Develop patient-centric communication and customer training programs Manage digital ecosystem development with a customer-focused approach Represent the category at medical conferences, sales meetings, and customer visits Drive product development and acquisition decisions for current and future innovations Provide strategic support to affiliate marketing teams and ensure alignment Manage direct reports and foster cross-functional collaboration Support internal sales force and distributor education programs and product trainings as needed Requirements : At least 5 years of experience in product management, with proven success in medical aesthetic portfolio management (dermal fillers / aesthetic medicine) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Medical fields (MBA preferred) International experience is a plus Compensation : Open-ended contract A” grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective contract Salary between €52,000 and €60,000 plus short-term incentives based on objectives Company car Collective bonus and company welfare benefits Ref : MR. 55538 Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
