Experteer Overview As a field-based Key Account Manager, you drive commercial objectives for ATTR in Campania Sud by building territory plans and key customer relationships. You will work with cross‐functional teams to optimize patient care and ensure compliant execution of strategies. You will promote the RNAi platform and enable access at the site of care, shaping regional market development. This role offers impact through strategic account management and collaboration with Medical Affairs and commercial teams.

Drives patient identification, diagnosis, and referral rates through targeted activities
Builds trusted relationships with customers to deliver products and services
Ensures timely delivery of products and services in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
Manages local meetings and events to drive diagnosis and treatment rates
Represents Alnylam at local/national events and congresses
Maintains CRM data accurately and reports regularly
Complies with ethics, laws, and regulatory standards
Coordinates cross‐functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations
Responsabilità 5+ years in Sales and Key Account Management in bio/pharmaceuticals
Ability to gain access and build relationships with healthcare providers in reference centers
Effective communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
Strong business acumen and ability to add value to healthcare structures
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel within the territory (80%)
University degree in a relevant scientific field (D.Lgs. 219/2006) or equivalent
