Job Description As Field Sales and New Business Developer, you are a cornerstone in realizing our growth ambitions in Italy. You will develop and contribute to the commercial plan, identify market opportunities, build and maintain a relevant network, draw up tenders and contracts, manage contract and customer administration, and handle the implementation of BauWatch solutions and services sold. You will work closely with our marketing team and support marketing activities, such as delivering company presentations and attending trade fairs. Responsibilities Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads. Give company presentations, engage in new business development activities, and attend trade fairs. Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, build a personal relationship network, and pursue commercial opportunities to foster long-term customer relationships by responding to customer needs and informing them about new developments and BauWatch solutions. Visit potential customer sites regularly within the assigned geographical area, including cold and scheduled visits, and conduct technical evaluations. Support the Key Account Team in developing new customers. Job Requirements 3-5 years of relevant sales experience. Interest or experience in visiting construction sites. Previous experience or relationships in the construction, renewables, or security industries. Willingness to travel within your assigned area and periodically to the Milan HQ. Technology skills: Good knowledge of MS Office; preferably experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. Language skills: Native Italian speaker; advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication. Valid full driver’s license.
