The role of Senior Key Account Manager for OOH, Impulse, Ice Creams and B4Y is dedicated to reach sales Targets (volume and value) and proper execution of all activities in assigned distribution channels through the management, organization and development of assigned customers and to build good relationship with respected customers. Main Responsibilities: To monitor sales volumes and values (sell-in/sell-out) across assigned distribution channels, including Traditional Trade, OOH (Out-of-Home), Impulse, and e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance and delivery of results, excluding Modern Trade and discounter channels. To prepare mid- and short-term sales strategies for assigned customers and channels, covering sales targets, listings, promotional activities, layouts, and yearly negotiations, across product categories including Dry, Chilled, Ice Cream, and B4Y (Better For You). Closely cooperate with Business Development to analyze data and identify growth opportunities across channels, and works in close alignment with Brand Management on trade activities (e.g., hostesses, tailor-made activations), ensuring relevance for OOH, Impulse, and traditional retail environments. To coordinate Sales Plans and Activity Plans for assigned channels and customers, ensuring regular updates and alignment with Key Account Managers. Directly responsible for customers under own scope, including OOH partners, Impulse accounts, traditional retail customers, and e-commerce platforms.
