***DIRECT PLACEMENT***
The Property Manager is a dynamic position that will provide key office support in all areas of property management. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the community and have a passion for exceeding expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage & operate the property within the financial guidelines
- Oversee marketing, maintenance, retention strategies, and communications
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of all community staff
- Set rental rates, oversee collections, and handle financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.)
- Approve & submit invoices from all service providers
- Maintain knowledge of the competition
- Handle all escalated concerns
- Conduct daily property inspections to identify maintenance issues
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude
- Process all forms, reports, and administrative tasks efficiently and promptly
Requirements
- Creativity within budget constraints
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Experience with Resman/Knock online system
- CRM or ARM certification preferred; Bachelor's degree is not required
