Your opportunity
You will support the HR Business Partner team in key HR processes and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in talent and performance management, training needs analysis, and international HR coordination. You will also contribute to the development of the Graduate Program and internal communication activities, offering a well-rounded learning experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
How you will contribute
1. Support HRBP activities:
2. Assist in the execution of core HR processes such as talent management, performance management, and the collection of training needs;
3. Support all the initiatives related to the development and implementation of the Graduate Program project;
4. Coordinate the activation of internships and manage the onboarding process, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day support;
5. Support the HRBP in monthly alignment meetings with APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions, ensuring coordination on HR initiatives and business priorities;
6. Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect structural changes.
7. Internal Communication: Create and manage engaging visual content for internal communication tools to promote key initiatives.
8. Event Coordination: Provide logistical and operational support for workplace events and ensure smooth execution of activities.
9. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR-related data to generate insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
10. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics and activities.
Who you are
11. A graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management or related fields
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
13. A proactive and collaborative mindset
14. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
15. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
16. Fluent in English, Italian as a plus
