You will play a key role in driving business performance, developing the team, and upholding the brand’s values, standards, and service excellence. /p h3Your Contribution /h3 ul liPartner closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed the boutique’s sales budget and business objectives. /li liDrive a client-centric culture by consistently delivering an outstanding and elevated customer experience. /li liEnsure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, acting with integrity and professionalism at all times. /li liCoordinate and oversee bFront of House and Back of House /b activities in alignment with store guidelines and operational standards. /li liAct as a role model for the sales team, inspiring excellence in service, sales performance, and brand representation. /li liTake responsibility for the bMentoring Program /b, supporting the onboarding, training, and development of the team in line with company training guidelines. /li liMonitor key performance indicators and support the implementation of strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3What You Bring to the Team /h3 ul liFluency in bItalian and English /b; additional languages are considered a strong advantage. /li liAt least b5 years of relevant experience /b in retail, with proven exposure to a supervisory or managerial role. /li liStrong knowledge of bClient Ceremony /b and its application to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. /li liSolid understanding of bvisual merchandising principles /b and in-store presentation standards. /li liExperience with bstock management /b, inventory control, and product flow optimization. /li liFamiliarity with bCRM tools, methods, and procedures /b to support client development and loyalty. /li liStrong numerical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and performance indicators. /li liA strong bcommercial mindset /b combined with a results-driven approach. /li liAbility to foster teamwork, motivate others, and support the professional growth of team members. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
