Inside Service Sales Specialist – ABB

Responsibilities
* Support the Inside Service Sales organisation and customers during the proposal process and internal sales.
* Help local sales teams identify technical and cost‑effective solutions and prepare rigorous offers.
* Coordinate with local marketing & sales managers, regional and global roles, and implement sales initiatives with local sales organisations in Italy.
* Manage sales opportunities through CRM, calls, emails and route qualified leads to specialists.
* Coordinate technical‑commercial support by preparing offers, analysing customer needs and recommending improvements.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop service offerings, generate revenues and promote strategic programmes.
* Manage and develop channel partners by leading relationships, implementing pricing strategies and driving long‑term growth.
Qualifications
* Substantial experience in service sales and proven success in the role.
* Effective commercial skills with a focus on identifying business opportunities, engaging clients and expanding market reach.
* Advanced skills in low/medium voltage systems and a customer‑oriented approach.
* Degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Willing and able to travel across the country to support business, events and training.
