Ph3Overview /h3 pLongwave S.p.A, part of Zucchetti group, designs and implements innovative technology solutions across Security, Networking, Datacenter Cloud, Collaboration AVI and Software Development. With 400 collaborators in Italy and Switzerland. /p h3Key Account Manager – Enterprise /h3 pAs a Key Account Manager in our Sales area, you will drive loyalty with existing clients and expand the territory. /p h3Activities /h3 ul liAchieve retention and growth targets set by the Commercial Direction. /li liManage direct and indirect commercial negotiations, including Service Provider intermediation. /li liCollect pre‑sale information and perform preliminary analysis of offers. /li liAddress client needs and ensure satisfaction. /li liBuild long‑term relationships and foster client loyalty. /li liCoordinate with vendor partners involved in negotiations. /li liCollaborate with pre‑sale and technical teams to deliver projects in Networking, Security, IT/DataCenter, and Collaboration. /li liAcquire and develop top clients in targeted verticals. /li liGrow the client portfolio and propose value‑based solutions to meet assigned targets. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDiploma in Commercial/Industrial Studies or a degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications. /li liAt least five years of experience in direct/indirect ICT infrastructure sales. /li liSales expertise for services and solutions. /li liKnowledge of Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Data Center technologies. /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken. /li liReside in or near the hiring location and good knowledge of the local area. /li liAbility to analyze the commercial profitability of key clients. /li liExperience in up‑selling and cross‑selling new commercial opportunities. /li liCapability to implement commercial and marketing plans to maximize key customer value. /li liEntrepreneurial spirit for exploring new business opportunities. /li /ul h3Additional Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong relational and customer‑orientation skills. /li liDetermination, reliability, and organizational transparency. /li liExcellent communication, problem‑solving, flexibility, and self‑drive. /li liCertifications in sales from major ICT vendors. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWell‑designed welcome kit. /li liAgreement level corresponding to experience. /li liSmart working and flexible hours. /li liRestaurant vouchers and integrated health assistance. /li liCorporate Benefits – discounts on travel, training, sports, technology, and more. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 pFull‑time position based in Bologna.
