What You Will Do : Take fierce customer focus to execute sales, helping solve some of the world’s most challenging security problems for our enterprise clients. Bring entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and positive energy to sell the best technology. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives, focusing on business transaction linearity and pipeline development. Identify and pursue sales opportunities at assigned accounts. Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives leveraging your industry and technical background. Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to translate into solution opportunities. Build value-added relationships within the domain of the account to become a trusted advisor. Use technology, products, processes, industry expertise, and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on solution value. Develop multi-level relationships within assigned accounts using internal and external resources, including channel partners, to maximize revenue and establish Forescout as a strategic, long-term partner. Execute effective account and opportunity management and business planning supported by a virtual team including senior executives, sales, product management, engineering, and partners. Align with delivery teams to leverage follow-on business opportunities. Attend major project milestones and executive reviews. What You Bring To Forescout : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience with 8 years of selling technology solutions to C-level executives. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience selling security software solutions like endpoint security, firewalls, SIEM, NAC, etc. Proven success at various levels, from competitions to President’s Club. Strong prospecting and business development skills, with a track record of recent sales to enterprise accounts (>5,000 employees). Experience working with Global 2000 companies. Solution selling multi-product software and hardware solutions. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels within large, complex organizations. Team player, collaborating with sales engineers, inside reps, marketing, and professional services to meet and exceed targets. Ability to influence contract terms and conditions. Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
