Job Description:
Objectives:
* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in collaboration with management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
* Provide offers and quotes to customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
* Define sales strategies for various products.
* Gather information for sale contracts.
* Coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sales terms with management approval.
* Manage customer rates and issue sample/test requests.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ensure contract compliance and monitor sales volumes.
* Manage customer risks and disruptions.
* Serve as an interface between customers and internal departments.
* Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities and customer interactions.
Your Profile:
* Effective sales and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of company’s products and technical capabilities.
* Experience in plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management.
