A disruptive US backup and security vendor is looking for a Pre Sales Engineer to support the sales team in Milan.
As a pre-IPO start-up, they are looking for a dynamic individual who has experience within back-up, disaster recovery, and data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
* Support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
* Build technical relationships with channel partners, their customers, and eco-system partners.
* Delivers technical and sales presentations to channel partner's sales teams heavily focused on the technical roles and directly to end users.
* Successfully builds relationships with the account team, partners, and customers.
* Leverages technical expertise to lead sales calls and educates others.
* Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements and competition.
* Supports lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.
