On behalf of a multinational, global leading company, we are seeking a Trade‑Focused Brand Manager Ho.Re.Ca. go‑to‑market, with a strong focus on trade marketing, field execution and distributor enablement. The Brand Manager Ho.Re.Ca. channel, responsible for translating global platforms into local on‑trade programs, developing POSM and toolkits, orchestrating field activations, and equipping distributors, agents and sales teams with the tools and KPIs needed to elevate execution quality across Italy. The position requires a strong trade mindset, operational rigor and close collaboration with commercial teams.
Re.Ca. marketing plan aligned with global strategy and local priorities.
Translate global campaigns into actionable on‑trade programs, creative briefs and activation calendars.
Develop trade assets including POSM, displays, menu inserts, tent cards, agent toolkits, training packs and digital sales materials.
Plan and execute field activations such as sampling, bartender trainings, on‑premise events, roadshows and local promotions with agencies and distributors.
Enable sales & distributors with playbooks, pitch decks, sell‑in kits and KPI dashboards to ensure consistent execution.
Monitor and analyze KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑out, conversion, distribution, promo uplift, awareness) and drive continuous optimization.
Manage agencies and vendors from brief to delivery, ensuring quality, timing and budget control.
Collaborate with Product Management on portfolio lifecycle, channel pricing, assortment and go‑to‑market sequencing for Ho.Own the channel marketing budget and measure ROI of activations and campaigns.
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Customer Care, HQ) to ensure alignment and scalability.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or similar.
~4–6+ years in Brand, Trade or Marketing roles with proven Ho.Demonstrable experience in trade marketing and field execution (POSM, activations, toolkits, distributor enablement).
~ familiarity with Power BI, Nielsen/IRI or equivalent tools.
~ Excellent project management, stakeholder management and agency briefing capabilities.
~ Structured, results‑driven and comfortable managing multiple projects.
~ Willingness to travel across Italy for field visits and partner meetings.
~ Italian native or fluent; English working proficiency required.
