Your tasks You will be responsible for the sales activity of the assigned portfolio, focusing on developing existing clients and scouting new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies, with a primary focus on Digital, especially Connected TV, while supporting cross-media opportunities across TV, Radio, Print, and other platforms. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and prospect new business to achieve targets. Analyze clients' media and communication strategies and provide consultancy. Develop the business by acquiring new clients, upselling within the existing portfolio, and promoting new media opportunities. Monitor market and competitor activities and report relevant insights to management. Influence strategic development, especially with agencies, based on industry knowledge. Nurture strong relationships with publishers and editors. Organize and manage industry events both nationally and internationally. Maintain an international mindset with a focus on Italy, exploring future cross-market opportunities abroad. Generate innovative sales ideas for our solutions team. Regularly prepare commercial strategies for developing the client portfolio. Your profile At least 5 years of experience in Sales, with specialization in Agency Business Development. Preferably initial experience in a media agency or broadcast media. Solid experience in digital media, particularly with upper and mid-funnel campaigns. Familiarity with VOD, BVOD, and SVOD platforms is essential. Understanding programmatic buying and strong relationships with agency trading desks are key. Experience in CTV is highly valued. Strong agency network across multiple seniority levels with proven engagement with planners, client leads, and strategy directors. Experience with media and an understanding of the international media environment (TV, radio, digital, print) is preferred. Well-structured, with good presentation skills and team spirit. Fluent in English and Italian. Additional languages (Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Greek) are assets.
