Sales Manager – Specialty Paper Sales, Europe (Italy, France, Germany)
APP, a global integrated paper group with over 100,000 employees, invites an experienced Sales Manager to drive specialty paper sales across Europe. This role focuses on Italy and covers France and Germany.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
- Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.
- Proven track record in specialty paper sales, ideally with C1S, thermal, and greaseproof papers.
- Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
- Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
