Job Title: Barman/Barlady
We are looking for a Barman/Barlady to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
* Bar Operations: Fulfil the bar operations by assisting with service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning, according to Belmond policies, high standards, and procedures.
* Guest Experience: Monitor all aspects of the guests’ experience, from the bar layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.
* Flawless Service: Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests’ needs.
* Guest Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and the Butler to provide a service that anticipates and meets the guests' needs and desires.
* Event Management: Manage the bar service during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Italian;
* Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
* HACCP certification.

Benefits:
* We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Barman;
* Start date: May 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
* Monthly gross salary around €1.900, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
