PTo accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the area of North Italy in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. /ppuPlease note : /u this will be a contract employment. /ppbTasks /b /pulliYou will identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy. /liliYou will accompany the onboarding of new partners and build a successful relationship. /liliYou will organize and supervise the online training for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program. /liliYou will conclude partner business plans and always keep an eye on the successful development of your sales partners and distributions. /liliYou will be expected to participate at fairs and partner events and present our solutions. /liliYou will create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure that the targets in Italy are achieved. /liliInternally, you will work with teams such as Sales or Marketing. Externally, you will represent the company as a personal contact person. /liliUpdate our CRM with relevant customer and deal information every week. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliYou have a solid IT knowledge through your education, your academic studies or a comparable qualification – ideally in the area of IT security or cloud services. /liliYou have at least five years of professional experience in the field of IT and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. /liliYou have relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Italy and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically. /liliYou have a talent for communication and are competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers. /liliYou offer a high willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations. /liliYou will convince customers with your winning personality and enjoy working in an international team. /liliYou are fluent in English and Italian – both written and verbal. /liliYou motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion. /liliYou are an organizational talent and know how to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group. /liliShort decision paths and flat hierarchies in an open work atmosphere. /liliPersonal and professional development opportunities. /liliReferral Bonus : we pay 1500€ for each referral who is successfully hired by us. /liliFull remote work. /liliSponsored business trips to the headquarters or subsidiaries at least once per year for company events. /li /ulpWe are looking forward to your application! /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
