The role will be strategic in defining, developing, and managing the product portfolio, with direct responsibility for innovation, quality, and intellectual property protection, operating in a highly international and cross-functional environment.
Define product vision and strategy aligned with the brand's premium positioningDevelop and manage the product roadmap (devices, accessories, technologies)Product DevelopmentCoordinate product development with OEM/ODM partners and manufacturers in ChinaManage the local supply chain team in China to ensure alignment, timelines, and production qualityFollow prototyping, testing, validation, and technical optimization phasesEnsure compliance with quality standards, development milestones, and technical requirementsCollaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Product Compliance, Trade & Marketing, Operations) to ensure design consistency and industrial feasibilityWork with legal advisors and patent attorneys to define the IP strategyIdentify innovative elements with patent potential during product developmentMonitor the patent portfolio (deadlines, international extensions, coverage)Conduct patent landscape analysis to assess the competitive landscape and infringement risks
Regulatory & Compliance AlignmentIntegrate regulatory requirements into product development specifications
Monitor quality performance and market feedback7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware, consumer electronics, vape, or related sectors~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management with a strong technical background.~ Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach~ Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)~ Professional development opportunities with continuous training and support.Flexible working arrangements.Engaging in innovative and impactful projects.
