Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, portioning, and measuring. /pp - Maintaining Hygiene: Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations and the kitchen's stringent procedures. /pp - Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. /pp - Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment in a confined space. /pp - Adaptability: Adapt to the unique challenges of working in a mobile kitchen, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met despite the dynamic environment. /pp - Grooming: constant highest level of personal hygiene (e.G., keep your fingernails short and clean, keep your hair and beards neat and tidy, wash hands frequently and thoroughly with soap, work on a clean surface, etc.). /ppbr / /ppstrongPrerequisites /strong /pp - Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a kitchen environment, preferably in a high-end, fine dining setting.
