In this role you drive new business and grow existing client relationships for Global Blue’s marketing solutions in the premium and luxury segments. You will define sales plans, craft compelling proposals, and lead negotiations to achieve revenue targets. Collaboration with Product, Data and Marketing Operations ensures effective campaigns and high client satisfaction. You’ll monitor market trends and share insights to uncover growth opportunities across markets.

Business Development: identify, approach, and acquire new marketing investments from B2B clients in premium, fashion, and luxury brands to promote Global Blue’s marketing solutions
Account Management: nurture and expand existing client relationships through consultative selling and tailored proposals
Sales Planning: create and execute a sales/marketing plan to hit revenue targets and optimize client portfolio
Proposal & Negotiation: develop impactful sales proposals, lead marketing negotiations, and secure profitable agreements aligned with company goals
Collaboration: coordinate with Product, Data, and Marketing Operations for campaign execution and client satisfaction
Market Insights: track trends, competitors, and client performance to find growth opportunities
Reporting: monitor commercial results, pipeline, and client feedback to leadership
Cross-country Coordination: work with international teams to leverage global best practices and cross‑market opportunities
Responsabilità
Experience: minimum 5 years in B2B sales and account management within marketing, media, or customer engagement services (other sectors with proven marketing knowledge considered)
Sales Excellence: proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Client xjrgpwk Orientation: strong consultative selling skills and ability to deliver strategic value
Communication Skills: excellent presentation and negotiation abilities in English and Italian
Analytical Thinking: ability to interpret client data, campaign KPIs, and market insights to shape proposals
Collaboration: proactive team player capable of coordinating cross‑functional projects
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Industry Background: experience with premium, fashion, travel retail, or luxury brands is advantageous
