Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the Platform activities for High-Speed Trains in the Savigliano site, coordinating the regional product-focused team to drive bid and project success. You shape the reference solution, steer product convergence, and ensure alignment with the Platform orientation across regions and TDS. You’ll collaborate across multiple functions to secure QCD targets, drive reuse and governance, and contribute to a greener, smarter mobility mission. This position offers exposure to cross-site, cross-functional programs with meaningful impact on product definition and project execution.

* Provide inputs to R&D and sustaining plan and drive the plan
* Represent regional needs to the Platform and ensure Platform alignment within the TDS
* Review pre-tender solutions and gaps vs reference solution, and support BOR/Win-No-Go preparation
* Define reference solution for the product family based on market trends and initiatives
* Challenge and validate product solution changes to meet QCD targets during reviews
* Drive standardization and product convergence across the family (exAT & exBT)
* Support architecture proposal and validation with detailed analyses at the Product Director’s request
* Pre-validate QCD for projects and ensure robustness of the validation plan
* Establish governance to ensure adherence to tendered product references and re-use, participate in CPR/MPR and project governance, and arbitrate if needed
* Consolidate project REX data (Reliability, Safety, product issues) and coordinate sustaining activities and reflib updates
* Coordinate locally sustaining activities and reflib updates per Platform organization
