Ph3MISSION /h3 pReporting directly to the Retail Business Intelligence Manager and working closely with the Finance and Marketing teams, the Sales Analyst is responsible for the daily evaluation and analysis of sales data to deliver insights and recommendations that support business growth. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall performance. /p pBy supporting, implementing, and managing standardized processes, procedures, and strategies within the Sales department, the Sales Analyst’s main responsibility is to provide accurate data, clear information, and in‑depth analyses that contribute to the development of our sales strategy and help drive sustainable business growth. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul libData Analysis: /b /li liCollect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from multiple internal and external sources. /li liSupport the Commercial team through both quantitative and qualitative analyses. /li liIdentify trends, patterns, outliers, and performance deviations to inform business decisions. /li libReporting: /b /li liPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in/sell-out reports by customer, channel, brand, and product, collaborating closely with Finance, Forecasting, Customer Service, and Marketing. /li liDevelop dashboards, visualizations, and summary reports to communicate key findings effectively. /li libForecasting: /b /li liContribute to sales forecasting and budgeting processes. /li liProvide data‑driven insights to support strategic planning and executive decision‑making. /li libPerformance Monitoring: /b /li liTrack sales performance against defined targets, KPIs, and budget expectations. /li liIdentify gaps and opportunities, proposing corrective actions to improve commercial performance. /li libMarket Research: /b /li liConduct market and competitive analyses to understand landscape dynamics. /li liEvaluate customer behavior, emerging trends, and demand drivers to support strategic initiatives. /li liWork closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine commercial strategies. /li liRecommend adjustments to promotional activities, pricing, and channel actions based on analytical evidence to improve sales and profitability. /li liSupport product development and pricing strategy definition with relevant data insights. /li libProcess Improvement: /b /li liIdentify opportunities to optimize and standardize sales processes and reporting workflows. /li liImplement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. /li /ul pManage and update customer sell-out data by channel for internal reporting and EMEA panel submissions. /p h3SKILLS AND COMPETENCES /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field. /li liPrevious experience (3 to 4 years) in retail, trade marketing, or commercial roles is strongly preferred with a proven experience in data analysis, market research; a background in the Beauty Cosmetics industry is a significant advantage. /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to synthesize complex information into actionable insights that support sales performance improvement. /li liEffective team player, able to collaborate across multiple functions. /li liHighly organized, results‑oriented, and reliable in meeting deadlines. /li liAbility to work effectively under pressure, managing shifting priorities, multiple projects, and tight timelines. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required) and SAP; experience with Power BI (or similar tools) and CRM/consumer analytics tools is a plus. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken). /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liProactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and solution‑driven, with a hands‑on approach to problem solving. /li liAlignment with the group’s « Trust8 » working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
