We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote position based in Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales meetings, managing technical communications and solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Train and interact with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably within the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
