This position involves close cooperation with different functions, including marketing, regulatory, business applications, RD, legal, and supply chain in support of customers.YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – SALES MANAGEMENT:Build relationships within the ethanol and carbohydrate processing customers in the industryDevelop strong relations by understanding the customer business, technical needs and challengesAchieve a high level of penetration across multiple functions (Procurement, Technology, Commercial, Management) within customer baseDevelop and implement Account Plans for Strategic AccountsEffectively negotiate supply contractsManage customer pricing strategically in line with business goalsResolve customer issues and define unmet needsProgress business opportunities and achieve revenue budget and growth targetsDevelop and keep up to date forecasts on anticipated customer product consumptionEffectively utilize business and sales tools (i.e. SPO Milestones, Forecasting tool, Salesforce.com, MS Office)YOUR REQUIREMENTS:Master's degree in Engineering, Science or a degree with technical acumen5 years experience in the ethanol, corn processing, agricultural, fermentation, food (starch, wheat, barley), yeast or chemical industry. 3 years minimum experience is required.Experience working directly with customers in a sales and/or technical backgroundCustomer oriented with excellent ability to develop relationshipsYour interpersonal effectiveness to interact with internal and external customersAbility to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including Senior ManagementYou are self-motivated and proactiveYour ability to work in team setting while managing independent responsibilitiesYou have excellent written and oral communications skillsDemonstrated track record of successFluent in English required.
