Business Developer / Sales Account in Opera (MI) - Hybrid Work Model We are seeking a Business Developer / Sales Account for a company specializing in engineering consulting services. The company offers comprehensive support to clients in research, outsourcing, and mobilization of highly qualified technical personnel for national and international projects. Role Responsibilities Identify, contact, and acquire new clients; Maintain, develop, and foster loyalty among existing clients; Understand, promote, and present the company's services; Build solid relationships with clients through consistent communication; Negotiate and prepare commercial offers; Research and analyze market trends and opportunities to develop effective sales strategies; Monitor sales performance metrics and report data to management. Candidate Requirements At least 1.5 years of experience in a sales or similar role; Strong commercial aptitude and negotiation skills; Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Problem-solving skills, stress management, and time management; Team-oriented with goal achievement focus; Determination, good communication skills, and initiative. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales within Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or recruitment firms; English proficiency at B2 level; Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot). Job Details Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30/9:00 to 17:30/18:00. Compensation includes CCNL Trade, 14 monthly payments, €25,000-€32,000 bonus for exceeding revenue targets. Salary is commensurate with experience and will be discussed during the interview. Company-provided phone and computer; Daily meal vouchers of €5.29; Hybrid work mode in Opera (MI).
