Your Role
The TSM we're seeking for is going to deliver customer and own organization technical support within a dedicated application/industry.
Responsibilities
Person in charge will be responsible for following focal points:
- Gathers market trends, competitors and customer needs and delivers recommendations for customers;
- Create new opportunities with existing customers and prospects that needs highly technical support and start and follow up sample/approval process;
- Identify/prioritize those opportunities by industry and qualify based on fit to strategy, volume and profitability potentials, success probability;
- Supports customers on site with the introduction of new products and ensures technical success;
- Hand over projects to Account Manager (external) one's project in commercialized;
- Team up with technical service manager (only for some suppliers) and/or with supplier's technical departments and ensure to be technically up to date;
- Keep technical documentation updated and make it available for the sales team. Align with product management, technical service manager and regulatory affairs on which, what and how documents are stored;
- Support pitches with local market knowledge;
- Create network in industry associations, take part in application working groups.
Your Profile
Our desired candidate covers the following requisitions:
- Proficiency in using AS 400 and Excel;
- Very high level in communication and problem-solving;
- Ability to mediate the sales request with R&D; process;
- Degree in Chemical Science (Bachelor or Master);
- At least 3-5 year experience in R&D;, in a chemical, beauty & care company.
