The role includes the development of financial, promotional, education programs in EMEA to ensure revenue growth and optimize the growth potential of existing and new product launches. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pbStrategic Marketing: /b /pulliDesign regional strategic marketing launch plans along with regional sales organizations, tailoring the plans for local dynamics in line with strategic positioning /liliAggregate regional market analysis and intelligence /liliDevelop maintain strong insights understanding of focus markets /liliDefine regional pricing with commercial leadership /liliCreate strategies to develop HEOR and market access in conjunction with market access /liliPrioritize opportunities/ input into global research needs /liliDevelop region revenue plans with regional sales leadership /liliBuild evidence generation requirements strategy in collaboration with clinical affairs /li /ulpbTeam leadership: /b /pulliDrive a culture of continuous improvement with formal and informal continuing ed /liliProvide strategic guidance and mentorship to fellow non-direct reporting Product Managers and Marketing managers on portfolio planning, market segmentation, product positioning, and launch execution /li /ulpbCommercial Execution: /b /pulliDevelop marketing tactics and related marketing collaterals for our sales force support local marketing sales management in their implementation /liliDevelop the appropriate marketing tools programs to support the sales force to execute their revenue targets /liliSupport account managers in the field where appropriate /liliLead EMEA key customer input meetings /liliManage regional franchise opex budgets and resource allocation /liliEstablish revenue targets/ Franchise with KPIs. /li /ulpbNPI/Lifecycle management: /b /pulliServe as liaison between global and local teams /liliAggregate voice of customer market insights and input on NPIs and lifecycle management (primary secondary market data) /liliProvide oversight to NPIs and input to PD pipeline / Share with Local PD pipeline priorities /liliRegional execution of NPIs launch discontinuation plans /liliDefine regional reimbursement priorities /liliIdentify Regional market access needs: input to Global Franchise Team /li /ulpbCross functional support: /b /pulliCollaborate with sales training on marketing strategy /liliCollaborate with Prof ed on marketing strategy and KOL management /liliIdentify markets for regulatory prioritization based on market opportunity and regulatory requirements /liliMaintain working relationship with quality for continuous improvement as well as any field actions /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliActively demonstrated that they have built programs around technology crossover and or developed new markets or implemented surgical techniques /liliRelevant educational background (MBA, Marketing, Economics, Engineering) /liliFluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages always an advantage) /liliMinimum of 5 years experience in the Medical Device industry in a sales or marketing function /liliInternational experience – preferred /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliFlexibility and adaptability skills enjoys International experience /liliAbility to lead and execute complex multi-functional projects /li /ulpUnsolicited Agency Submission /ppIntegra LifeSciences does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
