Our customers and installations are located worldwide. /p pWe guarantee excellence of our products, and services, and our first goal is the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE: /h3 pWe are seeking high energy, dynamic and competitive professionals with a strong business acumen and natural sales instinct to join our Sales Team. /p pYou will build and maintain relationship with key assigned customers, with complete management of sales offers, orders, and aftersales activities. /p pYou will engage prospects in customer acquisition activities, and existing customers in business development initiatives. /p pYou will perform promotional activities with the goal of promoting the Cozzani brand, products, and services. /p h3YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: /h3 ul liInquiry request and reception, offer preparation and placing, getting feedback, and dealing on the offer, order check and acceptance, delivery instructions providing /li liManaging the offers and orders through the ERP /li liReporting the information related to the business, customers, prospects and competitors /li liIdentifying opportunities and customers /li liAddressing sales activities to the targeted customer decision makers. /li liAddressing promotional activities to targeted critical stakeholders. /li liSelling products/services to target clients using company profiles, proposal, personalized presentations and more. /li liPreparation of status reports, visit activity, pipeline status, follow-up, and adherence to goals. /li liAttending trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings worldwide. /li /ul h3SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /h3 h3Required: /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in similar role /li liInterpersonal and team working skills /li liFluency in English: Advanced, both written and oral /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint /li liDynamism, proactivity and flexibility is required /li liAvailability to travel frequently even in remote locations /li liAvailability to work outside normal working hours /li liBS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics/Business /li liProficiency in a second foreign language (German, French, Japanese, Korean) /li liTechnical knowledge of the Reciprocating Compressors and its auxiliaries /li li1+ years working experience in Oil and Gas and/or Chemical Industry /li liExperience in using ERP and/or CRM systems /li liKnowledge of commercial and contractual language /li liExcellent sales, negotiation and customer relations skills /li liDriving license: B /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE OFFER? /h3 ul liJob grade/level and salary to be defined based on experience /li /ul pThe search is open to candidates of all genders. /p h3WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT US? /h3 pAt Dott.
