As the Measure System Solution Sales Manager, you will directly lead the Measure System Solutions Sales Team. Reporting to the Field Instruments Sales Director, you will engage with customers to plan, develop, and implement Sales Initiatives to achieve order volume and profitability targets for designated product lines and system solutions in the sales territory.If you consider yourself an outstanding sales manager with a technical background, and this opportunity sounds exciting, then join us!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Define the budget for Analytical products (Gas and Liquid), Analytical systems, and flow metering skids.Achieve Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets for the relevant product lines.Identify market requirements, develop, and implement strategies for growth in orders and profitability.Lead and communicate the business development plan for your area to the organization.Support and lead the domestic sales team by setting clear objectives.Identify team development needs and support skill and talent development using available performance tools.Report on market trends, competition, and customer behavior affecting business strategies.Sign and co-sign business contracts within company policies and delegation rules.Collaborate with operations, order management, project execution, and service teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.Who You Are:An ambitious sales leader, passionate about making an impact, acting with integrity, and willing to challenge the status quo with creative solutions.For This Role, You Will Need:An engineering degree or comparable technical education.Several years of experience in Direct Sales and Sales Management, including team management.Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading, and writing).Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally, up to a certain percentage of the time (driver's license required).Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Experience with engineered systems solutions for analytical and flow skids.Strong communication skills to interact across all organizational levels.Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing teams.Dedication to continuous improvement.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Our Offer to You:We support work-life balance with flexible policies, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
