Responsibilities
* Propose the sales development strategy for spare parts through business plans, defining commercial and distribution policies across various markets.
* Analyze sales data to prepare budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
* Contribute to identifying and resolving quality issues.
* Define and monitor KPIs for dealerships and authorized service points.
* Support the dealer network operationally.
* Organize and deliver training courses on parts portals (DCS, EPC, MG Care).
* Monitor orders, shipments, invoices, and manage claims.
* Monitor supply levels and urgent orders in the parts department.
* Maintain proficiency in MS Office and have previous experience with company ERP systems.
* Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
* Apply a commercial mindset and identify unmet customer needs.
* Travel as needed.
* Data analysis and strategic planning.
* Provide training capabilities and technical‑operational support.
