About the RoleAs the Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing and manage the European sales team.

You will ensure sales will grow and the team will develop and reach its goals.It will be your responsibility to ensure sales representatives work at their best, with method and transparency, under your guidance and with the help of your example and your training, remotely and on the field.It will also be your responsibility, knowing our position and markets need much business development, to help the team out in creating new opportunities and understand how to address each different territory in the best possible way with the help of our Sales Strategy team.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales, loves to convince people to do what benefits them, with direct and successful on the field experience in sales, business development, and in managing sales teams.This person must be used in taking responsibility and be accountable in first person, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be patient, comprehensive yet adamant, tenacious and demanding when needed, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with changing dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and support European Sales Representatives to maximize performance and professional development, both in office and on the field.Monitor sales activities, pipeline management, and territory performance.Conduct regular one-to-one and team meetings and performance reviews.Support the onboarding and training of new team members.Promote collaboration and best-practice sharing across territoriesAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe.Support the expansion into new customer segments and markets.Work closely with sales representatives, Regional Manager and Strategy team to dev
