RNs Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and record patient symptoms and medical histories.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
RNs Requirements:
* Valid nurse license in the State of South Carolina.
* CPR Certification.
* 1-3 years of related experience.
* Computer skills.
