In this role, you will manage private and public tenders across all phases, from participation to award and post-award activities.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate documentation (administrative, technical, economic) related to tenders and supplier procurement portals.
* Assess regulations (administrative, civil, tax) impacting tender management.
* Prepare necessary documentation for tender participation in coordination with relevant departments.
* Manage and prepare final tender documents.
* Address and resolve tender management issues.
* Manage contracts and subcontracts.
* Handle issues arising post-award with clients.
* Plan, manage, and execute tenders in accordance with internal guidelines and processes.
* Ensure all tender targets—timing, quality, cost, performance, investments—are met.
* Maintain detailed planning and monitor to improve efficiency.
* Update documentation on the tender database.
* Coordinate all elements necessary to complete the tender on time.
* Distribute communication promptly and appropriately.
Qualifications
* Degree in legal or economic disciplines.
* Experience in tender management.
* Experience with supplier procurement portals.
* Knowledge of Italian public procurement regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database analysis.
* Fluency in Italian; English skills are a plus.
* Proactive, analytical, and structured approach.
* Ability to handle multiple contacts and tasks, prioritize effectively.
* Self-motivated, independent, team-oriented, adaptable, persuasive, and capable negotiator.
* Strong communication, coordination, and project planning skills.
* Willing to travel.
