As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants' growth. The AMs are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments...and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building relationships! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging a portfolio of key restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability / revenue /li liMonitoring and analysing the performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders /li liOwning and managing operational meetings and reviews, building and delivering insight during monthly and quarterly reviews /li liIncreasing revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practice /li liIdentify opportunities to deepen and grow the relationships with key restaurant partners by involving and working cross functionally with other parts of the Deliveroo business /li liWorking with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 2 years experience in account management or sales. /li liStrong commercial acumen /li liExcellent attention to detail, people skills and organisation skills /li liAbility to create and maintain long term relationships /li liA self-starter as we'll look for you to manage your own time and priorities /li liMust be fluent in English /li /ul pWe are a young company with dynamic growth, so you must be prepared to work hard and show continued commitment and dedication to the business. /p h3Life at Deliveroo /h3 pWe are a growing team, with very large impact, seeking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there.
