This role will partner with Product Managers to help develop and execute compelling local social, digital, and influencer marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and box office performance for film releases in Italy. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Social Media Planning /h3 ul liCraft and implement local data‑driven social media strategies aligned with global campaign objectives /li liDevelop innovative digital storytelling and creative concepts with strong cultural relevance /li liDesign comprehensive editorial calendars and amplification strategies for theatrical events in Italy /li liMonitor and leverage emerging trends and consumer behaviours /li liCoordinate with Marketing and PR teams to maximize campaign impact /li /ul h3Content Strategy Production /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end local content marketing strategy development and implementation /li liOversee production of local content, including briefing, editing, and quality controlManage production schedules and ensure alignment with local marketing campaigns /li liDrive innovation in content formats and platform utilization /li liAnalyze performance metrics and optimize local content marketing strategies accordingly /li liMaintain vendor relationships (agencies, freelancers, contributors) /li /ul h3Talent Influencer Collaborations /h3 ul liBuild and manage a network of content marketing creators /li liNegotiate and execute creator collaborations for local marketing campaigns /li liTrack and analyze creator performance metrics /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liProven theatrical marketing experience within the industry /li liDemonstrated success in marketing/social media roles at global media companies /li liIn‑depth knowledge of Italian media landscape and cultural trends /li liStrong data analysis and performance optimization skills /li liExcellence in cross‑functional team collaboration /li liOutstanding communication and organizational abilities /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in fast‑paced environments with multiple concurrent projects /li liTrack record of working with filmmakers, talent, and influencers /li liComprehensive understanding of theatrical marketing and digital platforms /li liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field /li liFluency in English and Italian /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
