In this role you will spearhead Silverfort’s growth in Italy, building a regional footprint from scratch and driving new business. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and to scale pipeline from prospecting to close. You will engage decision-makers and channel partners to accelerate deals and create long-term value. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape market presence for a fast-moving, innovative security company.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including pipeline building, opportunity qualification, demos, POCs, and term negotiations
* Build and scale the Italian market as the first sales representative in the region
* Establish and grow direct relationships with C-level and other decision-makers to accelerate deals
* Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to support regional growth
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in SFDC
* Collaborate with Presales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a strong customer experience
* Drive territory execution to create sustainable pipeline and revenue growth
* Meet and exceed sales quotas through disciplined execution and closing performance
Responsabilità
* 10+ years of software sales experience to end customers via two-tier channels in Italy and Malta within cybersecurity vendors or resellers
* Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
* Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-level and technical stakeholders
* Fluency in English and Italian at a high level
* Proactive, self-driven, coachable with openness to feedback
* Passion for sales, continuous learning, and innovative technology
* Experience selling technical products for startup-stage vendors (advantage)
* High proficiency in English and Italian (must)
Requisiti fondamentali
