About the role
If you’re someone who spends all their days in analytics identifying frictions and issues, you are the person for the job.
We are not looking for a performance marketing specialist or a software developer. This is a builder role for someone who learns through data, prototypes solutions, and improves the product weekly.
What You'll Do
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Hotjar, etc.) to identify UX issues, drop-offs, and opportunities
- Manage A/B testing to ensure new features are an improvement
- Segment users by touchpoint to shape our user interface
- Oversee UX, SEO, and data teams, keeping efforts focused on high-impact pages.
- Ensure proper header structure and SEO best practices on all new pages
- Create and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap based on input from leadership
Skills
- Proficiency in GA4
- Proficiency in VWO (or similar A/B testing tools)
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, Google Search Console & metadata optimization
- Proficient in translating data into actionable decisions
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma
Experience
- 3+ years managing e-commerce operations or teams
- 2+ years managing A/B testing
- 2+ years managing CRO initiatives
- 2+ years working with SEO and metadata optimization

- Not a marketing role.
- Not a software developer role.
- Not a project manager who “tracks tasks”
