Job Description Job Purpose - _Responsible for Sales of BESS_ - _Responsible for Sales process management _in order to_ create new business opportunities_ - _Managing internal and external relationships_ - _Accountable on Sales Targets achievements_ - _Cooperate with Senior Sales Manager and Sales Director on Sales Strategy and forecast definitions_ Reports to: RRSI Senior Sales Manager Key Accountabilities - _Research and identification of new potential customers for generating new sales opportunities_ - _Customer support in identifying technologies to reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency, and reduce pollutant emissions_ - _Preparation of feasibility analysis and quotes (supply, operation and maintenance, energy services) for energy generation and storage facilities_ - _Knowledge of private (industrial) and public (procurement)_ - _Develop sales strategy for defined target customers_ - _Increase brand awareness and successfully position products and services in the market and among competitors_ - _Support in drafting and monitoring of sales plans_ - _Preparation and independent submission of bids, including price responsibility; negotiation of supply contracts, including all terms and conditions_ - _Drafting of technical specifications with support from sales engineers where necessary_ - _Reviewing incoming orders and checking correct scope of supply_ - _Defining and implementing measures to increase Customer satisfaction_ - _Contacting and visiting Customers_ - _Participating in industry trade shows, conferences and symposiums_ - _Contacting Customers, Headquarters, internal resources and suppliers_ - _Contributing to the results of the sales team_ Functions included - _Sales, Customer Management_ Geography - _RRSI AOR (Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro)_ Type of Contract Permanent
