Responsibilities
* Drive sales and promotion of crane products to achieve monthly and annual targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to support sales, marketing, and service activities
* Collaborate with the technical team to train dealers and key customers on product use and applications
* Maintain direct contact with major clients, project developers, and rental companies
* Report on market trends, channel development, sales performance, and customer feedback to support strategic decision making
Your profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
* Solid experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry, preferably with experience in large-scale projects
* Established customer network with proven ability to expand market presence
* Familiarity with different types of cranes, their technical specifications, applications, and market trends
* Strong sales skills, including customer acquisition, needs analysis, solution development, price negotiation, and contract management
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to travel
