Job Description:
* The territory for this role includes Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Umbria, and Marche, with a primary focus on Lazio (Rome).
* Ensure achievement of area objectives and develop commercial activities in line with Aspen policies by engaging with decision-makers in public and private entities to optimize the commercial potential of Aspen's product portfolio.
* Conduct scientific information activities for healthcare professionals, explaining pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of drugs to promote their correct use, in compliance with Legislative Decree 219/06.
* Report insights from healthcare professional interactions, especially regarding drug side effects, and maintain high scientific and professional qualifications.

Within legal regulations, additional activities relevant to the role may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Develop partnerships with regional stakeholders, coordinating with the Sales Director.
* Build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders and decision-makers, including pharmacists and health authorities.
* Implement activities related to strategic corporate projects with stakeholders.
* Gather and share evidence of public interventions by stakeholders.
* Coordinate with headquarters and field teams to streamline administrative procedures for market access.
* Report to the Tender Manager on market conditions to optimize commercial, financial, and technical terms.
* Coordinate with the Tender Manager regarding competitors' activities and tender results.
* Manage contracts with private structures and oversee the post-award period.
* Identify potential in public and private sectors to inform commercial strategies.
* Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities, including generic products.
* Conduct all activities ethically, maintaining integrity and compliance with laws and company policies.
* Continuously update scientific knowledge and role-specific skills.
* Identify the scientific information needs of healthcare professionals and plan visits accordingly.
* Ensure effective communication tailored to healthcare professionals' needs.
* Organize scientific information activities in alignment with visit plans.
* Propose training and scientific updates for healthcare professionals, ensuring legal compliance.
* Protect the company's reputation through compliant conduct.
* Fulfill administrative and legal requirements within deadlines.
* Collaborate with other business areas to resolve issues related to receivables, returns, and overdue accounts, coordinating with relevant offices.
