Impressive, right? /ppTo achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! /ppbr/ppReady to be part of the experience? /ppNow, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. /ppThe role /ppWe’re looking for a bSponsorships Manager /b to help grow brand partnerships across our ever-expanding slate of bFever Originals and Official Partnerships /b. /ppBased in bMilan /b, you’ll work closely with the bHead of Brand Partnerships /b to scale sponsorship efforts internationally, developing impactful relationships with top-tier brands and delivering best-in-class activations. /ppThis is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment — and is excited by the opportunity to shape the way global brands engage with culture. /ppWhat you’ll do /pulliDrive bsponsorship growth /b across key Fever events and experiences, from ideation to execution. /liliIdentify, pitch, and close bnew sponsorship opportunities /b, cultivating long-term brand partnerships. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Event Production) to craft and deliver bcustom sponsorship proposals /b that align with brand objectives. /liliDevelop and present bcompelling pitch decks and sponsorship packages /b, tailored to client needs and industry trends. /liliManage the end-to-end delivery of bsponsorship activations /b, ensuring all contractual obligations and experiential touchpoints are flawlessly executed. /liliMaintain and grow strong client relationships, with a focus on bupselling, renewals, and long-term value /b. /liliAnalyze performance and ROI, producing regular reports and feedback loops to optimize future activations. /li /ulpWho you are /pulliYou bring b5+ years of experience /b in bevent sponsorship sales /b, preferably in media, entertainment, or cultural marketing. /liliYou have a strong network of bbrand and agency contacts /b, particularly in Italy and across Europe. /liliYou’re an exceptional communicator and presenter — equally confident in the boardroom and over Zoom. /liliYou’re both bstrategic and hands-on /b: comfortable shaping deals, building decks, and leading conversations with senior stakeholders. /liliYou’re entrepreneurial by nature, with a bcan-do mindset /b and a track record of navigating ambiguity. /liliYou’re data-driven, creative, and know how to btranslate brand goals into real-world activations /b. /li /ulpWhy you’ll love it here /pulliCompetitive base salary with bsignificant bonus potential /b based on performance. /lilib40% discount /b on all Fever events and experiences. /lilibGympass membership /b for wellness access. /lilibMeal tickets /b and flexible remote working. /liliWork alongside a byoung, international team /b of creative thinkers. /liliJoin a bcategory-leading global company /b and make your mark from day one. /li /ulpDiversity Inclusion /ppWe’re building a team as bdiverse as the experiences we create /b.
