We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSales Directorto lead and grow the commercial operations of a leading company in themedical imaging diagnosticssector.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales leadership, team management, and compliance within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and inspire the national sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and procedural rigor
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Affairs
Report directly to the President, providing regular updates on performance and market trends
Requirements
Minimum10 years of experiencein sales, with at least 5 in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment totransparency,procedural discipline, andregulatory compliance
Experience in themedical imagingor broaderhealthcare/medtechindustry is highly preferred
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel nationally as needed
