You will actively contribute to the commercial plan by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining business development, customer engagement, and collaboration with marketing and key account teams. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pullipDrive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads /p /lilipIdentify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships /p /lilipConduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area (cold visits, scheduled meetings, and technical evaluations) /p /lilipDeliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events /p /lilipContribute to the commercial plan by identifying, leveraging, and nurturing sales opportunities /p /lilipWork with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and commercial ideas /p /lilipDeliver outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs, handling complaints, and informing clients about new developments and BauWatch solutions /p /lilipAdvise the Managing Director, Product Management, and Group Management on market opportunities, risks, and potential adjustments to commercial strategy based on market insights and data /p /li /ulbrpstrongWhat we expect from you: /strong /pullip3–5 years of relevant sales experience /p /lilipPrevious experience or relationships within the construction, renewables, or security industry /p /lilipStrong customer focus with the ability to adapt to client needs /p /lilipIndependent and proactive, able to manage your work autonomously /p /lilipMotivated, target-driven, and willing to go the extra mile /p /lilipFriendly team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills /p /lilipExperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) /p /lilipWillingness to travel within the assigned region and periodically to Milan HQ /p /li /ulpstrongWhat we offer /strong /ppAt BauWatch, you will join a fast-growing, international organization where ambition, innovation and collaboration shape our everyday work.
